Dough is awesome^o^

So we made Play Dough which was really cool. I wondered about this lab at first but it turned out to be really cool. So I'll explain. We start out with 2 cups of flour then 2 tablespoons of oil then 2 cups of water then 2 cups of salt. Everyone kept asking me if this was edible. Well from these ingredients it is but I don't think it would taste good or be good for your stomach so I advise you not to eat on this. So anyways we mix these ingredients and put in food coloring. Personally I love blue but we compromised on purple instead which isn't that bad but I would have preferred it blue. Because my favorite color is blue sorry I'm biased on the color. So anyway we then put it into a pot where we kept mixing until it stuck together and are able to literally pull it out and mold it like playdough. It was so much fun. We made a snail, well Esther did, and we made so many different things with it. I liked it because it was so warm. It was so funny. I was just squishing it around until Mr. Olson gave us plastic bags. Then I just mended it in the bag and was just playing around with it. It is so much fun but later on the dough gets all liquidy, I know that isn't a word but there should be a word like that. Anyway. I had fun with this project and I had fun with the people I did it with. Examine the photos. Thanks to Angelia's camera phone but I mostly took the pics unless I'm in the pic. So yes enjoy.

Elements=3

Lanthanide elements are elements with atomic numbers between 58 to 71 which are F-block elements. That you would find at the bottom of the periodic table. All of them are in the F-block except lanthanium which is not in the F-block but is instead in the D-block. So the lanthanide elements are named after the lightest element which is lanthanium.
While actinide elements are also fourteen elements but instead with the atomic numbers between 90 to 103 and like the lanthanide elements these elements are named after it's lightest element which would be actinium. Actinium is also in the D-block and the rest of the elements are in the F-block which is located under the lanthanide elements. But all actinide elements are radioactive.

Last one I promise. Don't worry it's over soon. So the last one would be the transactinide. These elements are considered the "heavy elements" and are the elements 104 to 121. Now these elements are also radioactive as well like the actinide but these are not found elements but instead are all made synthetically in a lab. The one physicist who thought of the idea of the actinide and the transactinide elements is Glenn T. Seaborg. Which has the element seaborgium named after him which has the atomic number 106.

See that wasn't so bad was it. So anyway hope you enjoyed my teacher time and hope you don't have to do it again....Wait I forgot I need to show you something before you fall asleep....one.....second........almost there..............yep keep going...............almost there............yay we got it. Here you go.

Th-Th-Th-Th-Th-... That's all, folks.^o^

Adventure Time!!!!!!!!!!

It was dark and I was trapped. All I had was my knife and my skills. I was ready for anything. I heard a growl and then it came. The most scariest thing that you have ever seen. Its....Its.....ITS.....Just kidding. No nothing that creepy would ever happen.........I think..... Anyway. I had the superest (not a word but I'll use it anyway) time ever. My class and I went on a Field Trip! This was really cool because I haven't had a field trip in a while so this gave me a much needed break from school. Everything wasn't going right so this all just gave me a break from school, people, and drama. Well I'm refreshed and ready to go. I really love that Mr. Olson let us do this. This was I believe to be the best thing for my entire school year. I had so much fun. I got to see nature, well going along the trail with EVERYONE wasn't the best idea but when he let us go on our own. That was the best. I got to just hang out with two friends and we just enjoyed nature with all of its sounds, sights, and feelings. We felt so comfortable just being there. I loved it. My only down fall of the trip were the people who didn't want to go. They just went along with everyone but complained every minute. I want to have people who want to be there and that way it is a lot more fun. Everyone can really enjoy nature for what it is. Well that's my view and it's a little long. Oh well. Please enjoy my map.
